SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Sew Cute has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS 

All personalized items typically ship within 7-10 Business days! 

All other items will typically ship within 3-5 Business days! 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Personalized items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.

Non Personalized items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days.

If 15 days have gone by since the item has shipped, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Please email us and we will send you a return label.
